  • Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate station staff performance
  • Ensure flights are operated in a safe manner
  • Ensure good customer service is carried out on a daily basis
  • Keep airport operation costs within budget
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, catering, and crew hotels on various issues
  • Ensure that decisions are made within established company standards
  • Regularly visit relevant airport departments or government departments to maintain good cooperation
  • In coordination with the Airport team, negotiate and administer all major agreements with the Airport Authority, Air Traffic Control, CIQ, etc.
  • Pre-arrange and assist relevant departments from head office before and during their station audit trip
  • Ensure GHAs comply with company standards when performing their pre-flight editing/seat control and post-flight duties
  • Focus on service delivery, anticipate competitor activities through service product trends, and initiate service strategies in a timely manner to outmaneuver competitors
  • In accordance with the Company's Service Delivery policy, ensure the airport team remains focused on the corporate sector to generate premium revenue
  • Report to headquarters on station performance and be accountable for their staff’s performance

  • Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or equivalent; a bachelor's degree holder will be an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of airport services working experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Fluency in English and the local language (both written and oral) is required
  • The ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Customer-focused with excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving attitude
  • Proven supervisory and people management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and in crises, providing direction and front-line support to the airport team
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to take shift duties
